Achievements
1. Awarded the "Kalaprathibha" title of "Gandhiji university" for the year 1990 in the university level youth festival for securing maximum points . Won first prize in Bharatnatyam and Kuchipudi and second in Folk Dance.
2. First in the folk style of dance in the University for the year 1989.
3. First in the university for the Kuchipudi style and second in Bharatnatyam style for the year 1988.
4. Won second prize in the inter University cultural competition for Kuchipudi and Bharatnatyam style of dance for the year 1988.
5 First in the all Kerala state school youth festival for the Bharatnatyam style of dance for the year 1983.
6. First in the all Kerala school youth festival for the folk style of dance for the year 1981.
7. Participated in Kuchipudi In the all India inter university youth festival “Unifest- 1990" held in Madras.
