Personal Details
Born
in Eranakulam, joined Kerala Institute of Arts, Cochin in 1972.
Studied drawing and painting under Shri.M.V.Devan. Held 25 solo
exhibitions of paintings in various parts of India. Has been
a regular participant in Kerala Lalithakala Academi painting
Exhibitions since 1975. Winner of the Academi award for painting
in 1982 and 89.
Convener : 1'st International Symposium
of Sculptors 1990, Kochi. His latest works are exhibited in
Neptune Country, Chilavannur, Kochi. First exponent of Painting
Theatre. Demonstration of paintings with Music and Costume.

- 68 Founder Member, Cochin Film Society, Monday Theatre, Cochin.
Patron , The little Theatre, Cochin.
Honarary Secretary of Kerala Kalapeetom,
an institute of Arts which act as the nerve centre of most of
the cultural activities of Cochin since 1985.
