Priliminary training in Drawing & Painting from " Trikkadeeri " brothers, Palakkad. Passed I.C.C in Fine & Applied Arts with First Class from the Covt, College of Arts & Crafts, Chennai ( 2 years course ) in 1966. Passed Diploma ( National ) in Fine Arts ( Commercial Art ) with First Class & 80 % marks from Govt. College of Arts & Crafts, Chennai ( 3 Years course ) in 1969. Passed MGTE ( Higher - Painting - water colour ) with First class in 1968. Passed DTP course ( of 3 months ) with
A Grade from MTI, Thrissur in 1998. Teaching experience as Art teacher, Kerala Kala Peedom, Kochi for 1 year and also teaching experience for 31 years in the Technical Education dept. ( College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram & College of Fine Arts, Thrissur. ) Participation in the Art exhibition of state, Regional & National levels. And the only Artist selected from Kerala from Kerala for the First CRY exhibition of major artists in 1978. The work "They need help " exhibited in Mumbai, Kolkatta, New Delhi and Bangalore. And founder Hon.Secretary of Art Group & Hon.Editor of Art Group Bulletin ( 1981 - 1984 ) Staff Editor, Institute of Fine Arts -Annual 1986 - 87 .Written Articles for various Malayalam periodicals. A member and Vice - President of Kerala Chitra Kala Parishat.
